Wanted posters
From MadnessWiki
Hank is not a scott-free man. Posters in the backgrounds of the Madness Combat episodes depict signs showing that he is, in fact, wanted, but by which authority is unknown. First appearing in Madness Redeemer, these posters have developed over the course of the series, depicting Hank as he is in the current episode. Also, it should be known that these posters are the only official sources for Hank's actual name (except for Krinkels' own comments on the subject). All in all, there have been three different types of posters, with one appearing in Madness Redeemer, Madness Apotheosis, and Madness Antipathy.

Types of Posters
Madness Combat 2: Redeemer
The first generation of posters were seen scattered about the building featured in the second episode of Madness Combat. They simply depicted the words "WANTED" along with a picture of a Madness character from different perspectives (at this point in time, Hank was still normal, so he looked just like everyone else). These posters lack a reason for why he is a wanted man.
Madness Combat 4: Apotheosis
The second generation of posters were seen inside the Club M building in the fourth episode of Madness Combat. Unlike the previous posters, these showed Hank with the bandages over his head and the words "WANTED: Hank J. Wimbleton, DEAD or ALIVE" beneath it, making it the first in-episode proof of Hank's true name. Yet again, however, it lacks a reason for Hank's status.
Madness Combat 6: Antipathy
The third generation of posters appeared throughout the buildings in the sixth episode of Madness Combat. These featured pictures of the newly resurrected Hank along with the words "WANTED". However, unlike the others, this one actually explains why Hank was wanted in the first place along with a bounty reward. It reads as follows:
WANTED
For distorting reality,
felony evasion, public
urination, and crime.
ONE MILLION DOLLARS
The charge of distorting reality appears to have been falsely attributed to Hank, as the Sheriff and Tricky are the only ones shown to have distorted reality in any way at the time.
